Roasted Cauliflower



This is a super easy side dish that takes cauliflower to a whole new level.


  • 1-2 c. chopped cauliflower
  • 1/4 – 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
  • A few tablespoons of olive oil
  • Pinch of pepper and salt
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder


Mix together all ingredients except the cauliflower in a small baking dish. I like to use a glass pie pan, but you could use just about anything wide and shallow.

You should have a slightly runny paste consistency. If it seems too dry, add a bit more olive oil. If it’s too wet, add more parmesan cheese.

Add cauliflower and stir to coat. Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!

    Yum! I’ve roasted cauliflower before but never with Parmesan. It sounds delicious.
