This is a super easy side dish that takes cauliflower to a whole new level.
- 1-2 c. chopped cauliflower
- 1/4 – 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
- A few tablespoons of olive oil
- Pinch of pepper and salt
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
Mix together all ingredients except the cauliflower in a small baking dish. I like to use a glass pie pan, but you could use just about anything wide and shallow.
You should have a slightly runny paste consistency. If it seems too dry, add a bit more olive oil. If it’s too wet, add more parmesan cheese.
Add cauliflower and stir to coat. Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
